Our termite inspector will do a thorough examination of the interior and exterior of your house. The inspection includes all parts of your home: walls, garage, attics, cupboards, baseboards, bathrooms, kitchens, crawl spaces, closets, and more. Special attention is paid to common termite entry points such as utility rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms. A termite inspection typically takes one to two hours.
The inspector will analyze the exterior of your home, especially areas more susceptible to termites: foundations, exterior walls, eaves, and the perimeter of the home. The landscaping areas are also inspected to identify termite activity, including shrubs, trees, pergolas, sheds, and other free-standing structures. Since termites enter from outside, these are the first areas that may harbor them.
A detailed report marking any termite-infested areas is provided at the end of every inspection. This report documents all findings indicating the presence of WDO (wood destroying organisms), any previous termite presence, measures taken to control it, and how they are holding up, along with visual evidence.
