Sola Fide Home Inspections operates a conversational SMS program. Consent to receive SMS messages is optional, is never pre-selected, and is not a condition of purchase or of scheduling an inspection.

Types of SMS Communications: Once you opt in, we send conversational, customer-care text messages such as appointment scheduling and confirmations, inspection reminders, report-ready notifications, and replies to questions you send us. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Message Frequency: You may receive approximately 2 to 10 SMS messages per month. Message frequency may vary.

Carrier Charges: Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier, plan, and location. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell or rent your phone number.

Sola Fide Home Inspections customer information, user data, and Personal Data may be shared with certain third party companies: • To facilitate technical and administrative aspects of our Services (credit card processing, hosting, citation building & management). • We may provide anonymized and aggregated personally identifiable information to third parties. • The Sites may allow you to connect with other websites we don't control.
